STUDIO

Studio Green is a design-led architecture practice based in Bristol. The practice and its work are driven by explorative, resourceful and playful design as well as a desire to create meaningful architecture and exceptional spaces which are are environmentally aware and material conscious.

With an ever evolving and expanding portfolio of work, Studio Green’s work is varied, ranging from collaboration with private residential clients, conversion and re-use of historic buildings, sustainable self builds and smaller elements of landscaping design.

With any brief, the work of the practice follows a process of careful and intentional analysis of the context and brief requirements supported by an emphasis on testing and iteration to achieve purposeful solutions that are distinct to the character of the commission.

Ultimately, Studio Green seeks to work with bold and aspirational clients who are like-minded in their ambition to create considered and exceptional spaces that are environmentally aware and material conscious.

Collaborative working is key to Studio Greens ethos and approach and follows a belief that rich and imaginative projects are borne from diverse thinking and collective effort.

Jordan Green​

Jordan Green ARB/RIBA is an Architect and director of Studio Green Architects. Before setting up Studio Green Jordan worked for a number of highly regarded practices in London, Cardiff and, more recently, Bristol.

Jordan studied at The Welsh School of Architecture (2017) and Bath University (2019), and was twice nominated for the Presidents Medal dissertation award. In 2016, He was awarded the RIBA Wren Insurance Association Scholarship recognising outstanding students who have the potential to make a significant contribution in the field of architecture. Jordan is an alumni of the former Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust, an RIBA Mentor and a recent contributor to Design West’s Shape my City programme for young people.

In addition to practice, Jordan also teaches on the architecture programme at The University of the West of England and has mentored on the University’s award-winning Equity programme supporting black, Asian and minority ethnic students.

Outside of work, Jordan is a husband, a father to three, and he enjoys cooking, good music and playing basketball.
